I have been involved in digital transformation projects at
companies over the past 35 years and I want to share with you my key
observations from the field. It’s about
communications of changes and getting your resources to the point of acceptance
to do it differently! In some ways it’s
similar constraints the operational organizations face as compared to the IT
organization who is faced with much larger changes.
